Abstract

6.8.2 Ternary intrinsic diffusion coefficients in '6.8 The diffusion tables', part of 'Landolt-Börnstein - Group III Condensed Matter: Numerical Data and Functional Relationships in Science and Technology, Volume 26: Diffusion in Solid Metals and Alloys'.
This chapter provides data of ternary intrinsic diffusion coefficients of Ag-Cd-Zn alloy, Co-Cr-Ni alloy, Cu-Mn-Zn alloy and Cu-Sn-Zn alloy in a table. Pairs of vapor-solid diffusion couples and solid-solid diffusion couples exposed to the similar marker composition are listed in the remarks column of the table. Cu-Sn and Cu-Sn-Zn alloys with a nominal Cu/Sn ratio of 97/3 are employed as diffusion disks and vapor sources.
