Abstract

3.2.10 Nickel group metals in '3.2 The impurity diffusion tables', part of 'Landolt-Börnstein - Group III Condensed Matter: Numerical Data and Functional Relationships in Science and Technology, Volume 26: Diffusion in Solid Metals and Alloys'.
This chapter lists data of impurity diffusion in nickel group metals like nickel (Ni), palladium (Pa) and platinum (Pt)). Solute, pre-exponential factor (D0) and activation enthalpy (Q) values, temperature range of the diffusion experiment and impurity diffusion measurement methods/remarks about reliability of experimental results are tabulated for Ni, Pa and Pt.
